  • Format book interiors to meet our style guide and print specifications.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure designs meet author expectations and production standards.
  • Prepare final files for print, guaranteeing compatibility with platforms like KDP and IngramSpark.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in professional graphic design, including book layout design.
  • Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Thorough understanding of InDesign tools, such as paragraph/character styles, tables of contents, baseline grids, indexing, and footnotes.
  • Experience preparing files for both print and digital formats.
  • Familiarity with KDP and IngramSpark is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
