Role Description

The Service Level Manager – Human Resources is responsible for ensuring that HR services meet performance standards and align with business needs. The main responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Service Delivery & Performance Management
    • Develop and manage HR service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure HR services meet agreed-upon standards.
    • Monitor KPIs and make adjustments as needed to ensure HR services meet performance standards.
  2. Process Improvement & Compliance
    • Evaluate HR service processes and recommend automation or system enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure HR services comply with labor laws and industry best practices.
  3. Stakeholder & Employee Engagement
    • Act as the primary point of contact for HR service escalations, addressing concerns effectively and communicating HR service expectations to leadership and employees.
    • Communicate HR service performance updates to stakeholders.
  4. Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyze HR service data to track trends, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to improve service efficiency.

  5. Vendor & Technology Management
