Job Overview:

SEO Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned SEO Marketing Specialist to spearhead the strategy and execution of SEO initiatives across multiple websites and brands.

  1. Develop and implement targeted SEO strategies tailored for local audiences, ensuring maximum visibility and online growth.
  2. Execute on-page and off-page optimization, including internal linking, content structuring, and metadata tagging.
  3. Lead link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to enhance domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad copy, optimize keyword lists, conduct experimentation and A/B testing, maintain records of UTM tags, and refine landing pages for improved user experience.
  5. Produce weekly search and SEO reports, highlighting insights, measurements, keyword research, and search trends to inform data-driven decisions.
  6. Plan and execute comprehensive SEO and organic search marketing strategies, conducting keyword research and planning, identifying opportunities to target longer and shorter tail keywords based on pillars such as generic and branded keywords.
  7. Conduct thorough website audits, optimize image metadata, update sitemaps, disavow bad links, and perform other essential SEO tasks to ensure optimal website performance.
  8. Manage and maintain search and web-related assets, configure integrations, measurements, attributions, conversions, and dashboards using GA4 and UTM codes.
  9. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs to monitor performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  10. Stay abreast of algorithm changes and industry trends to continually refine and enhance SEO strategies.
  11. Report on SEO KPIs to leadership, making recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.

Requirements:

  1. At least 4 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  2. Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategy, and ranking factors.
