Job Summary

This full-time Compliance Officer/Head role is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success. Key Responsibilities

  1. Establishing and maintaining robust compliance frameworks to ensure the organization operates in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
  2. Developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs and policies to mitigate regulatory and reputational risks
  3. Providing expert guidance and training to employees on compliance requirements
  4. Conducting compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and address any areas of non-compliance
  5. Liaising with regulatory bodies and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  6. Leading a team of compliance specialists and fostering a culture of compliance across the organization

Requirements

  • A significant amount of experience (8+ years) in a compliance role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks applicable to the financial services sector
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical business solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks
  • Leadership experience in building and managing high-performing compliance teams
