  • Leverages expertise to lead the yearly corporate planning exercise, working closely with business owners to develop comprehensive financial plans.
  • Collaborates with business owners to produce budgets, continually developing forecasting and budgeting schedules, and communicating key points and assumptions to stakeholders.
  • Manages the operations and processes of the budget function, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluates and implements standardized capital budget processes, policies, systems, and controls to ensure compliance and optimization.
  • Ensures that systems utilized for capital and operating budgets and reporting are efficient, functional, and standardized where appropriate, guiding implementation of new and/or upgraded systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Advanced degree and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience as a finance practitioner, preferably in a senior management capacity or as a Department Head.

Working Condition:

  • Must be willing to report 100% on-site in our BGC office.
