Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst with expertise in real estate to lead our financial planning and analysis team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing financial models, analyzing complex financial data, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to analyze real estate investments and opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis of investment proposals, including cash flow projections, return on investment calculations, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and implement tactical initiatives.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and other materials to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of existing investments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, real estate investing, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
