Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions using various tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BI visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik, including experience with DAX, custom visuals or advanced dashboard design.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or in a similar analytics-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures and working with large, complex datasets across multiple database platforms.
  • Proven experience with ETL tools and processes, including data cleansing, transformation and automation workflows.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas and best practices for database design.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based BI and data solutions (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) and their integration capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex datasets and deliver clear, meaningful insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
