Procurement Specialist

As a Procurement Associate at Your Go to Recruiter, you will be responsible for providing quotations for handled products, planning and creating marketing activities, forecasting stocks, and achieving the quota of vendors set for the company.

• Provide quotations for handled products.
• Plan and create marketing activities.
• Forecast stocks.
• Achieve the quota of vendors set for the company.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and events.
• Check reports for vendors.
• Provide reports for management.
• Collaborate with marketing for vendor activities.
• Provide price lists and activities for the sales team.
• Coordinate with HR training team for all sales training from vendors.
• Cascade and coordinate all end-user promo, drop price, SMI, and sell-out reports of vendors.
• Monitor and minimize aging inventory.
• Provide help with after-sales issues.
• Coordinate all necessary information and concerns to vendors and suppliers.
• Analyze data to provide actions and activities in improving sales.
• Create Purchase Orders (POs).
• Send POs to suppliers.
• Monitor pick-ups and deliveries.
• Request PO payments.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Graduate degree in Business or a Technical Course and at least three years of related work experience in the same field. Familiarity with using MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook is also required.
