The Accounting Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial reporting. They will ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, they will oversee and support the Cashiering team, ensuring proper handling and recording of transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily accounting operations
- Preparing financial statements
- Oversseeing Cashiering processes
- Managing Accounts Payable processes
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with at least 5-10 years of experience in accounting, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role. A CPA certification is an advantage but not required. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations is essential.
