
Crypto Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional customer service via chats and emails. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building positive relationships with customers, meeting team key performance indicators (KPIs), and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver timely and effective customer support via multiple channels
- Build trust and rapport with customers through active listening and empathy
- Meet or exceed team performance metrics
- Stay current with industry developments and technologies
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Apply customer-centric approaches to ensure customer satisfaction
- B2 communication skills in native Dutch and English
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain is required
- Experience providing support via live chats
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
