Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the accounts receivable function for one of our Real Estate client groups. This role involves ensuring timely billing and collection of rental revenue, preparing accurate reports, and monitoring financial transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local, international, and industry-specific accounting requirements and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable function for Real Estate client group.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate reports on a timely basis.
  • Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting requirements.
  • Assist in preparation of ad-hoc requests and issue invoices to tenants.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of local, international, and industry-specific accounting requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
