Job Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates in Ilocos. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming client inquiries with exceptional customer care, aiming to resolve issues the first time wherever feasible.
  • Professionally address concerns and difficulties and interact with clients to determine their needs.
  • Establish clients as top choices for media services by ensuring they receive excellent value for their money.
  • Meet difficult contact center, team, and individual goals.
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and services questions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (open to undergraduate candidates).
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Open to working in a shifting schedule.
  • Willingness to work onsite/hybrid.
