Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role in Megabon Construction & Development Corporation? We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and operating CNC machines to produce parts and components based on precise specifications.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum. As a CNC Operator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the machine operates efficiently, produces high-quality work, and meets deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Setup and Preparation: Set up CNC machines according to job requirements and ensure that they are properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Operation and Monitoring: Operate CNC machines to produce parts and components, monitor their performance, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Quality Control: Inspect produced parts and components for quality and accuracy, and perform any necessary repairs or rework.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, troubleshoot issues during operation, and take corrective action to minimize downtime.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to workplace safety standards, including proper handling of hazardous materials and equipment.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of machine operations, production levels, and quality control activities, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, with relevant vocational training or courses in CNC manufacturing, CAD/CAM software, or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Understanding of CNC Programming Languages, including G-code and other relevant languages.
  • Ability to Read and Interpret Technical Drawings/Blueprints, including 2D and 3D designs.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM Software, including software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Autodesk Inventor.
  • Knowledge of Machine Setup and Maintenance, including routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
