We are seeking a skilled Commercial Engineer to lead our energy sector commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive bid proposals for solar power, wind power, transmission lines, substations, and hydropower projects.
  • Align commercial strategies with project objectives, client requirements, and market conditions to maximize profitability and competitive advantage.
  • Create commercial pricing models, cost estimates, contract terms, and conditions in accordance with client specifications and bidding requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and senior management to develop commercial strategies for bidding on energy sector power projects.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis to identify commercial risks associated with energy sector projects.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing agreements, and commercial terms with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Engineer, Contract Manager, Bid Manager, or similar role in the energy sector, with specific experience in bidding for RE power projects.
  • Strong proficiency in commercial and financial analysis, contract negotiation, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
