  • Jira Experience

    ">

    • Design, migration, and administration of all aspects of Jira service.

      ">

    • Managing JIRA project configurations including schemes, permissions, notifications, custom fields, and issue types.

  • Confluence Experience

    ">

    • Migration, design, and administration of all aspects of Confluence service.

      ">

    • Providing support for Confluence, offering best practices and guidance where necessary.

  • Programming Skills

    ">

    • Proficiency in programming, with a demonstrated history of developing and maintaining custom solutions.

      ">

    • Gathering and refining workflow requirements through direct user engagement.

  • AWS Expertise

    ">

    • Familiarity with AWS including migrations, cloud automation, security best practices and architectural design.

      ">

    • Post-migration support and administration of JIRA and Confluence SaaS platforms.

      ">

    • Leveraging AWS-native tools and best practices to ensure secure, seamless, and cost-efficient migrations with minimal business disruption.
