We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Provisioning Specialist. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and services, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the implementation of our client onboarding program, focusing on documentation, assessing client environments, and deploying tools.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client networks, hardware, credentials, applications, and SaaS platforms.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client environments, identifying areas of improvement, security risks, and old hardware that needs to be replaced.
  • Deploy monitoring tools, security services, and self-service solutions to enhance client experiences and ensure efficient operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of IT experience with a focus on start-to-finish deployment of IT solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with firewall assessment and understanding of Meraki, SonicWALL, Cisco, and Fortinet technologies.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and VLANs.
