We are seeking an experienced KYC Risk Control Manager Digital Banking to join our team. As a senior specialist, you will be responsible for leading key forums, working with technology partners, and project management resources to develop enhanced governance processes across our organization. You will also be accountable for executing the Know Your Customer (KYC) activities, delivering the Compliance program for anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, sanctions, and other related disciplines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective KYC risk control measures to minimize exposure and ensure compliance.
- Liaising with technology partners to design and implement efficient KYC processes.
- Leading key forums to discuss and address KYC-related risks and issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years' of strong experience in a related role with extensive experience in Financial Services.
- Comprehensive experience of AML/KYC Compliance, Internal Audit or Risk and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of banking operations including regulatory requirements and reengineering and Controls Management.
