Job Overview

CIS Bayad Center, Inc. is seeking a Sales Performance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the overall product/service sales performance of assigned clients and/or partners.

You will work closely with our sales team to analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to achieve our sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include managing and monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, and developing solutions to increase sales.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. You will also need to be able to build strong relationships with our sales team and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor sales performance of assigned clients and/or partners
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop solutions to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities
