Electrical Site Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team at Harmonic System Inc. as a Senior Electrical Supervisor.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical knowledge in construction activities, including interpretation of construction plans and coordination skills.

You must also have strong decision-making abilities and be able to troubleshoot/solve problems effectively on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior electrical staff members to develop their skills and expertise.
• Collaborate with project managers to coordinate electrical work and ensure seamless integration with other construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or defects.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
