Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Oracle Cloud HCM projects from initiation to delivery. This will involve collaborating with clients to define business requirements, designing and implementing tailored solutions, and managing end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities, including Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, and Time and Labor. In addition, they will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Human Capital Management, with a minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience. You will also need to have a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, and be proficient in Oracle Core HR modules and HCM Cloud skills. Additionally, you will need to have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities, including Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, and Time and Labor. Experience with other SaaS HCM products is a plus.
