This role requires a deep understanding of the poultry category and the ability to develop and manage new product ranges by utilizing market studies to validate concepts and ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead key stakeholders in managing assigned segments across the food group.
  • Work with Market Research Manager to gather market data and competitive intelligence for assigned segments.
  • Develop and manage new product ranges by utilizing market studies to validate concepts and ideas.
  • Packaging Development: Lead the packaging aspects taking into account local market needs / costs / social requirements.
  • Pricing / P&L / Budget Management: Co-own the P&L of assigned products and categories.
Requirements

Education:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management/Administration; Marketing; Engineering; Veterinary Medicine or Animal Nutrition.

Experience:

  • At least 8 years work experience in agribusiness / feeds category - Poultry with a good balance between product knowledge and marketing activation.
