Job Summary:

As a frontline user management professional, you will be responsible for providing support and managing user requests.

  • Process User Management/UMT worklist requests within SLA
  • Communicate with Sponsors via email regarding issue resolution
  • Ensure data accuracy in the CRM system
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis on alerts and errors
  • Complete Quality Control activities
  • Perform Database System Performance Reporting tasks
