Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

You will play a pivotal role in shaping technology, platform, and architectural decisions to enhance the performance, resilience, and transparency of ETL pipelines.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to own a foundational piece of our product by moving customer data into our data warehouse, leveraging your expertise in data engineering and DevOps.

About This Role

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for defining technical standards, internal best practices, and documentation for a growing team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Making strategic technology, platform, and architectural decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Enhancing the performance, resilience, and transparency of ETL pipelines through efficient design and implementation.
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality code, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data engineer with a strong background in Python programming. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a data engineer with Python as the primary language.
  • Strong DevOps skills in a Linux environment, including CI/CD, Git, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
  • Experience evaluating and selecting technologies (e.g., Docker, Airflow, Kubernetes) to support scalability and data pipeline orchestration.
  • Demonstrated ability to define technical standards, internal best practices, and documentation for a growing team.
