The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) is seeking an experienced Accreditation and Compliance Manager to oversee its accreditation processes. As a key member of the Academic Services team, you will be responsible for managing accreditation review processes, producing high-quality reports, and facilitating peer review visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure effective implementation of the Accreditation Review process.

  2. Maintain an inventory of accreditation documents from various schools/units.

  3. Conduct regular quality checks on accreditation-related documents to ensure compliance with established standards.

  4. Prepare comprehensive periodical reports and accreditation documents that meet accrediting body requirements.

  5. Facilitate and monitor visit evaluation processes, including assisting evaluators during visits.

  6. Perform tasks assigned by the Assistant Dean for Academic Services.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education: Master's degree or post-graduate degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field.

Minimum Experience: At least three years' experience in higher education, with a minimum 2 years' experience in accreditation and administration.
