At Magnakron Oleo Phils., Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Company Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Company Clinic, providing immediate first aid treatment for work injuries, and promoting overall employee health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Clinic.
- Provide nursing care and first aid treatment to employees, including administering medicines and coordinating with accredited hospitals as needed.
- Monitor employee physical well-being, including BMI, vital signs, and regular blood pressure checks.
- Assist the Occupational Health Physician in conducting daily clinic activities, including arranging medical consultations and issuing clinic passes.
- Perform tests, such as drug testing and rapid antigen testing, as required.
- Submit reports to management on treated employees and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual health statistics reports.
- Maintain inventory of medicines and medical equipment, as well as confidential health-related files and records of employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse license in the Philippines.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Training certificate in Basic Occupational Safety and Health for Nurses is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills.
- Ability to write reports and support implementation of policies.
