Customer Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a detail-driven professional to help us identify top candidates and streamline our recruitment processes. This role involves screening resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews, as well as managing candidate communication and email correspondence.

• Resume Screening: Review and assess candidate applications to determine the best fit for our team
• Candidate Communication: Manage email correspondence with applicants and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience for all parties involved
• Recruitment Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and interview results in HubSpot and Google Sheets
• Collaboration: Work closely with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs and ensure effective communication throughout the process
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training resources, and team communication in Slack

• Experience: At least 1 year of recruitment experience or a related field
• Familiarity with E-commerce: Knowledge of e-commerce or a strong interest to learn and grow in this area
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets, as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts
• Reliability: Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable individual who can work independently and as part of a team

• Equipment: A laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor and a reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed
• Workspace: A quiet, dedicated workspace that allows for focus and productivity
