Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  1. Process payments to suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Respond to queries from suppliers and employees regarding payment processing.
  3. Prepare and process other financial services as required by clients.
  4. Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Receiving of Documents:

  • Verify completeness and validity of invoices/documents received from clients.
  • Check for signature approval on non-PO transactions.

B. Review and Validation of Documents:

  • Conduct basic validation/audit on invoices/documents (applicable only to transactions requiring simple validation).
  • Validate mathematical accuracy and authenticity of approver signatures.

C. Encoding of Transaction:

  • Encode accounting entries in SAP, ensuring accuracy of vendor code, amount, GL account, reference, text, and VAT details.
  • Update database with SAP document number.

D. Payment Processing:

  • Ensure completeness of posted invoices/documents for payment processing.
  • Review posted invoices/documents for accuracy and approval.
