Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key part in developing engaging visual content, maintaining internal and external communication channels, and ensuring brand consistency across materials.

This is an exciting opportunity for a design-savvy professional who enjoys working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for designing and producing marketing assets such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals and client presentation materials.

They will also manage and update content for internal platforms like the company intranet, support brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables, assist with the creation and layout of bid documents, organize and maintain bid-related materials, utilize project management tools to coordinate and track marketing projects and tasks, and maintain databases for photography, case studies and other marketing content.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field, strong English verbal and written skills, experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator, strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, familiarity with project management tools and digital marketing platforms, skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
