Job Description:

Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to develop and implement comprehensive training programs across various business modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training management, instructional design, and facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training content, including course materials, presentations, and assessments, aligned with the company's learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, participation, and evaluation results.
  • Conduct needs assessments, analysis, and evaluation to ensure training effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between HKD 550,000 to HKD 700,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
