Job Role

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Webflow Developer and Designer to create fast, responsive, and visually striking web pages from designs or briefs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of complex web pages in Webflow using expertise to create interactive and animation-rich experiences elevating user engagement and reflecting the brand's identity.
  • Own and evolve the Webflow CMS architecture for dynamic content across pages, blogs, case studies, and more.
  • Architect and maintain integrations with third-party tools and platforms.
  • Implement advanced forms, event tracking, automation logic, and performance optimizations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive digital storytelling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience building high-quality custom Webflow sites.
  • Maintain exceptionally high standards of visual polish, UX detail, and execution speed.
  • A strong portfolio featuring complex integrations, interactive elements, and polished animations.
  • Proven ability to make architectural decisions about when to use native features, Webflow logic, or custom code.
  • Deep familiarity with Webflow CMS structure, custom embeds, and developer-mode workflows.
