We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our Business Process and Innovation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements, developing innovative solutions, and leading the team to achieve its goals.
About this RoleThe Business Process and Innovation Lead will oversee the day-to-day planning and smooth operation of the BPI Team. This includes managing project ideas, handling process migrations, creating tools and SOPs, and ensuring efficient data processing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Liaise with stakeholders, conceptualize project ideas, handle process migrations, create tools and SOPs.
- Business Process and Improvement: Map processes, manage KPIs, implement improvement measures, conduct gap analysis, maintain SOPs, and standardize/re-engineer processes.
- Automation and Efficiency: Automate data processing tasks, develop scripts and tools, implement monitoring and alerting for data pipelines and systems.
- Data Quality and Governance: Implement data quality checks, establish/enforce data governance policies.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect/analyze data, develop reports, dashboards, visualizations, identify trends/patterns, and inform strategic decisions.
- Solution Implementation: Assist in solution development/testing, support implementation/deployment, provide training/support to end-users.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools/software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Experience in automation, business process modeling/workflow analysis.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis/data engineering/related field.
- Highly motivated, structured, and quality-driven individual with strong initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates team collaboration/team spirit, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Transportation and communication allowance.
- Company-paid lunch (2x a month).
- Eligibility for performance bonus (regular employees who have stayed with the company a minimum of 1 year).
- HMO with 2 qualified dependents.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00.
