Job Title: Facilities Manager

We are seeking a reliable and attentive professional to assume the role of a Facilities Manager. As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of facilities while providing excellent customer service to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
  • Collaborate with vendors, staff, and the Property Management Group to achieve facilities goals and objectives
  • Manage facility inventory and assets, ensuring proper documentation and tracking
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and inspections required by code or internal standards
  • Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and utilization for Operating Expenses
  • Plan and implement facilities projects, including renovations, relocations, and equipment installations
  • Review and validate invoices prior to payment
  • Manage facility maintenance personnel and coordinate with General Services staff
  • Handle leasehold improvements and upkeep of critical equipment (e.g., UPS, Genset)
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, policies, and deliverables pertaining to facilities
  • Coordinate with Technical Departments on Corporate Asset management
  • Maintain and update trackers for AMC, utilities consumption, and other relevant metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in facility management software
  • Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations
