Growth Marketing Analyst - A Challenging Role

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of seasonal growth marketing campaigns across digital channels. This includes preparing creative assets, links, and supporting documents for review, as well as coordinating with internal teams on campaign deliverables.

You will also be responsible for monitoring live campaign performance using dashboards and platform tools, updating trackers and performance reports to highlight key metrics, and flagging anomalies or underperformance for review and optimization. Additionally, you will support A/B testing and help document test hypotheses, setups, and results, assist in competitive research and ad benchmarking, and review past campaign results to identify takeaways and apply relevant insights to current programs.

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our marketing campaigns and contribute to the growth of our business.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, and at least one year of experience in marketing channels such as paid social, PPC, and programmatic. You should be proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.

Benefits

This is a remote contract engagement requiring eight hours of full-time work per week, five days a week. There are no benefits due to the contract nature, but paid overtime may be required. The contract may be from September 2025 to January 2026, and may be shortened or extended depending on business needs.

The hourly rate for this position is USD 5.40, and payments will be made weekly via Upwork.
