Job Overview

We are seeking an Insurance Coordinator to join our team, responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to insurance claims and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of insurance programs and subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate with proponents on insurance documentation and requirements.
  • Process payment orders and advice as billed by brokers/insurers.
  • Handle claim incidents, process claims, and submit required documents to loss adjusters/insurers.
  • Coordinate transaction and claims processing for job cars/service vehicles and service stations.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding due payments from brokers/insurers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in insurance coordination beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance processes.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
