  • Contribute to various e-learning projects with diverse media requirements.">
  • Work with multiple tools to deliver high-quality designs for concept layouts, visual storyboards, web, print, and Word/PowerPoint.">
  • Collaborate with teams across the Library and Bespoke departments, initially supporting the pre-sales team in generating engaging visual content.">

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Conceptualize and create statics (storyboards/sample layouts) using Adobe tools and traditional print software.">
  • Develop dynamic project materials that are creative, high-quality, and aligned with brand standards and client expectations.">
  • Take written content and produce strong graphic ideas/solutions for various media.">
  • Collaborate with Learning Directors, Managers, Instructional Designers, and Design Managers to produce high-standard visual content.">
  • Effectively manage time to balance demands of multiple concurrent products and schedules.">
  • Recognize internal and client constraints to align designs and overall design approach.">
  • Catalog new and existing concepts and assets for efficient future reuse.">
  • Maintain a searchable repository of design samples.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant fields.">
  • A talented designer with exceptional conceptual visual design skills.">
  • High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is critical.">
  • Broad knowledge of designing for eLearning industry tools.">
  • Strong problem-solving and idea-generation skills.">
  • Excellent communication skills in English.">
  • Knowledge of the eLearning industry a plus.">
  • Degree in design or relevant work experience.">
  • eLearning experience preferred.">
  • Working knowledge of AI image generation tools like Midjourney.">
  • SharePoint skills.">
  • Commercial awareness.">
