Treasurer Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Supervisor - CPA to join our team at Stotsenberg Leisure Park & Hotel Corporation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the AP process, supervising the AP team, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will also be responsible for generating necessary reports, performing month-end and year-end closing activities, and reviewing and reconciling AP accounts.

1. AP Process Management: Oversee the entire AP process, including vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and other financial obligations.
2. Team Leadership: Set AP team goals, conduct regular evaluations, and ensure compliance with company policies.
3. Financial Reporting: Generate Alphalist of Payees, Summary of EWT/BIR Form 2307, and Summary Listing of Sales and Purchases as required.
4. Internal Controls: Develop and implement effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy of invoices and expense claims.

A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, combined with a certification in public accounting (CPA), is required for this position.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and experience with property management systems (PMS) and gaming management systems (GMS) are essential.
