True Temp Corporation is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Specialist to join our team. As an AC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems and other cooling, heating, or ventilation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Main Duties:

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting, maintenance, inspection, modification, overhaul, and repair of air conditioning systems and other related equipment. The following are key responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of the system, recording pertinent data such as temperature, refrigerant level, possible leakage, and more.

• Install new air conditioning and other cooling, heating, or ventilation systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and company requirements.

• Identify and report any faults found in the system, making recommendations for necessary repairs or upgrades.

• Use specialized tools and equipment, such as oxy-ace outfits, manometers, vacuum pumps, and others, according to trade practices.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to prescribed safety and health procedures.

• Coordinate with relevant authorities to order supplies and materials as needed.

• Prepare accurate service and repair reports, documenting all work completed and any issues encountered.

• Respond promptly to routine and emergency service calls, working closely with colleagues and clients to resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

• TESDA certification (NCII/NCIII) or equivalent from a recognized technical school.

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in A/C-related works, including installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and more.
