We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Art Director to join our team and drive the creative direction of our brand.

This role requires a creative individual responsible for designing high impact offline ads, brand and graphic assets, print OOH media and roadshow designs and layouts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop World Class Assets and Creatives:
    • Lead with a strong creative direction and guidance to ensure delivery of global quality content across offline marketing collaterals, logos, displays, brochures, posters and OOH media.
    • Ability to design world class roadshow booths, visuals and displays is highly desirable.
  • Cultivate Strong Visual Branding:
    • Ensure consistency in visuals and branding across all internal and external assets.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other divisions including customer retention, talent management, talent acquisition and project teams to build consistent end to end visuals.
    • Work with various marketing stakeholders on the creative aspects of Events, Roadshows and OOH marketing.
    • Build high impact creatives that resonate with customers.
  • Story Telling and Asset Management:
    • Drive the creative process together with the Creative Director and marketing teams to meet story telling requirements.
  • Up To Date with Trends:
    • Always up to date with the latest design trends, techniques and technologies to adapt to ever evolving standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  1. Education and Professional Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in creative, design, visual communication, advertising or a related field with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in offline marketing campaigns.
  2. Strategic and Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and translate insights into effective creative strategies, with a solid understanding of business operations to drive informed prioritization and product definitions.
  3. Experience and Track Record: Proven track record of executing successful global standard creative campaigns, from tactical execution to storytelling, in product or service-oriented industries and a proven strong portfolio showcasing innovative ideas that drive business outcomes.
  4. Proficiency in Design Software: Familiar with traditional and emerging design software for both online and offline content creation.
  5. Project Management and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, effectively balancing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Communication and Industry Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in the education sector is not required; candidates from highly creative or story-driven industries are encouraged to apply.
