The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and operations and maintenance of power plants. Key responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and repair of our solar power plant, developing and implementing measures to enhance energy production, and preparing regular reports on system status and performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Plant O&M teams, technicians, and contractors to ensure effective maintenance and repair operations.

  • Develop and implement measures to enhance energy production, including cleaning panels, adjusting settings, and recommending equipment upgrades.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on system status and performance to immediate head and other departments.

  • Monitor system efficiency and make recommendations to improve overall performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • At least 4 years of related work experience in operations and maintenance of power plants, transmission, or distribution utility or industrial plants.

  • Knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, electrical systems, and related components.

  • Proficiency in using SCADA systems and other monitoring tools.

  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficient in using MS office (such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AutoCAD.

  • Willlingness to be assigned in Tuy, Batangas.
