Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Learning Innovation and Design Team, you will be responsible for the ongoing governance of our knowledge base, ensuring its overall health and best practices.

This role requires strong organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You should have excellent writing and editing abilities, with a focus on creating engaging online content that meets the needs of our diverse audience.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining guidelines for knowledge base usage, as well as analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in content writing or a related field
  • Experience in creating engaging online articles, guides, and user support content
  • Proficiency in writing and graphics tools and apps, including online platforms
  • Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and create innovative solutions
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent writing and editing abilities, with a focus on creating engaging online content
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and search engine optimization (SEO)
