About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Experiential Marketing Director to join our team at the Primer Group of Companies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing experiential marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute experiential marketing strategies that align with brand goals and target audience engagement.

  • Plan and manage brand activations, pop-ups, and community events to connect with our target audience.

  • Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event branding and communication.

  • Analyze event performance metrics to optimize future activations and ensure ROI.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.

  • 3-10 years of experience in events marketing, sports marketing, or brand activations.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

  • Proven experience in negotiating sponsorship deals and managing athlete/influencer partnerships.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.

  • Proficiency in event planning software, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
