Job Title: Creative Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Production Manager to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Asset Development: Actively create compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials, showcasing your artistic vision and technical expertise.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards, while fostering effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to produce high-quality creative assets that align with brand identity and business goals, leveraging your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Feedback & Revisions: Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness, utilizing constructive criticism as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external marketing partners, agencies, and consultants to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives, while adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and business goals across various marketing platforms, upholding the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency within the creative team and streamline collaboration with external partners, leveraging your analytical skills and data-driven approach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including ClickUp, and Canva for creating visual content, with experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms for campaign creation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Passion for history and education is highly desirable, with adaptability and fast learning capabilities, able to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging social media posts, email content, blogs, and articles, highlighting your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills, including prioritization, scheduling, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets for collaborative work and data management, with a proactive and highly motivated attitude, able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
