About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Client Retention Management specialist. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional service, identifying opportunities for growth, and building strong relationships.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire client lifecycle, from initial onboarding to ongoing support and renewal. This will involve coordinating with internal teams, communicating with clients, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.

Requirements
