About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team at Rippedboxstation.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing email templates and newsletters.
  • Monitor email campaign performance by conducting dry runs and tracking conversions.
  • Ensure effective segmentation and personalization of email campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create and schedule content posts tailored to each platform.
  • Design graphics, infographics, and visual content for posts.
  • Produce short, engaging reels/videos for social media.
  • Collaborate with the team to generate fresh content ideas that align with brand goals.
  • Write and curate copy for posts, emails, and newsletters.
  • Assist in crafting engaging captions and taglines.
  • Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
  • Track follower growth, engagement rates, and other KPIs.
  • Work on strategies to grow followers, likes, and engagement over time.
  • Provide monthly reports on social media analytics and campaign performance.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
  • Familiarity with SEO practices for social media.
  • Strong proficiency with Mailchimp and other email marketing platforms.
  • Expertise in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Experience managing and growing social media accounts.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and email campaign tracking.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
