Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Architecture: Lead the development of a long-term application architecture roadmap, define architectural frameworks, standards, and guiding principles, drive shared requirements and foundational systems that support other business domains.
  • Technical Leadership: Make strategic decisions on technology stacks and design approaches, evaluate emerging technologies to maintain technical excellence, govern and oversee architecture review processes and lifecycle standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with executives, engineering, product, infrastructure, and security teams, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, communicate architecture strategies effectively across stakeholders.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide the architecture team to encourage professional growth, promote innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement, align team resources with organizational priorities and key projects.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture; 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in enterprise-scale application design and architectural governance.
  • Strong knowledge of patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure).
  • TOGAF or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in system integration, API design, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and digital transformation practices.
