Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional and skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is a full-time, hourly position working from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior call center experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A quiet and distraction-free work environment.
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
