This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a proactive and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support a 6-week website rebuild project.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Draft and schedule LinkedIn content (main focus) and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns
  2. Assist in maintaining and updating website content
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of materials
  4. Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  5. Provide ad hoc marketing support as needed throughout the contract duration
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Strong content coordination skills, with hands-on experience in managing social media (especially LinkedIn) and EDMs
  • Experience supporting website-related projects or rebuilds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
