Fire Alarm System Management OpportunityAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm System Expert to oversee our Service Department's daily operations. This involves managing service calls, ensuring seamless customer communication, scheduling technician appointments, and coordinating activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming service calls efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to off-hours inquiries from customers or our answering service.
  • Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with customers via phone and email, addressing their concerns and service requirements.
  • Provide timely updates and notifications to customers regarding their fire alarm system issues.
  • Assess remote fire alarm system problems accurately and determine the best course of action.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards by maintaining accurate records of services performed.
Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need strong technical expertise in fire alarm systems, enabling effective issue diagnosis and resolution planning. We require at least one year of hands-on experience with fire alarm systems, excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions, and the ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with technicians efficiently.

  • Minimum one year of hands-on experience working with fire alarm systems.
  • The ability to diagnose fire alarm system issues over the phone and recommend a suitable course of action.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions.
  • Organizational skills to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with technicians efficiently.
