We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at IBM. As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems that support our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data pipelines and workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain data models and ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-related projects and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data systems.
Requirements
  • Proficient in AWS Data Platform components, including AWS S3, RedShift, and AWS Glue.
  • Experience with data engineering tools such as Apache Airflow and dbt.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • JLPT N1-N3 certification.
  • Experience with Big Data tools such as Python, Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.
  • Proven background in SQL, Unix/Linux, and ETL process.
