Peer Reviewer - Antibody Therapeutics

We are seeking researchers, retired researchers, and former researchers to perform peer reviews for journals and publishers.

As a Peer Reviewer, you will be responsible for assessing the originality of manuscripts, evaluating study design and methodology, conducting literature reviews, analyzing results and conclusions, and providing constructive feedback.

The ideal candidate should have a doctorate degree in a relevant field, extensive publication history, and excellent analytical and written communication skills.

Additionally, prior experience as a peer reviewer is highly desirable. We also value candidates with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and objectivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess Novelty: Evaluate whether the manuscript is original and adds new knowledge or insights to the field of study.
  • Evaluate Study Design and Methodology: Assess whether the study design and methods are appropriate, comprehensive, and clearly described.
  • Literature Review: Conduct a thorough review of relevant research in the field.
  • Analyse Results and Conclusions: Evaluate whether the results are presented clearly and appropriately, and whether the conclusions are supported by the data.
  • Providing Constructive Feedback: Provide detailed feedback suggesting improvements or highlighting flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
  • Extensive publication history in the last two years.
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies and ethical principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and objectivity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a peer reviewer.
  • Familiarity with online manuscript submission and review systems.

This is an independent contract position, and we offer flexible working arrangements.
